This process of reflection and reviewing of your current situation helps you to establish your needs and goals.

We will then develop a realistic plan to guide you in successfully meeting those needs and goals

Finding a therapist

As part of your plan we may agree that a complementary therapy could be of benefit.
In order to support you in finding an appropriate therapist we can:

  • Give you guidelines on where to find a competent practitioner and what to ask them
  • Refer you to a local registered practitioner through our comprehensive network
  • Give you details of professional organisations and governing bodies

On-going support

In order to maintain lifestyle changes and to get the most benefit out of these changes they need to:

  • be realistic and manageable
  • take in to account your individual circumstances

Making changes requires not only commitment on your behalf, but also support. The options for ongoing support from Health Designs include one-to-one sessions and/or telephone support.

We believe that this is an important part of the programme. Incorporating the changes you have chosen is likely to be beneficial to your health and well-being, but maintaining them can be challenging. You may find that support and on-going practical advice and the opportunity to review your progress is helpful
