Massage

The ancient art of massage has been used for centuries to provide comfort and healing.  Massage helps to release tension and pain, aid relaxation, improve the mobility of the body and encourage the flow of energy so enhancing the functioning of all the body systems.

AND, it is much more than this .......... it is about honouring your body, your mind and your spirit and giving yourself time out to feel nurtured and cared for.

I have 9 years experience as a massage practitioner and have added other forms of bodywork to my practice.  These include reflexology, deep tissue massage, energy balancing, breath awareness and myofascial release.  I have extensive experience of working in the complementary health field and I have a background in nursing.  This mix has provided me with a range of knowledge and skills for working holistically, encompassing mind, body and spirit, but also being able to integrate this with a practical, down-to-earth approach.
