We have developed a nurturing, relaxing and inspiring weekend that gives you the time and support to explore your current situation and create a personal health and lifestyle plan. By managing stress levels you can support not only the physical functioning of your body but also influence your energy levels and emotional wellbeing.


The two days provides a good balance between the underpinning theory, practical exercises, personal reflection and finding support through sharing experiences. Some of the things we will cover are listed below:

  • Explore the ways in which you react to stress
  • Develop your own coping strategies and discover more
  • Experience the power of relaxation, meditation and breathwork
  • Reconnect with yourself and your inner stillness
  • Gain practical recommendations on healthy eating to increase vitality
  • Develop a personal health and lifestyle plan that will work for your individual circumstances and can improve your wellbeing.

What you will experience on this weekend and the techniques you will learn are derived from the field of mind-body medicine.

The weekend is held in an idyllic retreat centre, with large gardens, just 4 miles from central Bristol, so you really will feel as though you are ‘away from it all’.
