As we know, stress is an inevitable part of our lives and exploring how we cope with stress as individuals and finding ways of managing our stress effectively is vital in order to live a fulfilling life.
Exam time can put extra pressure on pupils - whilst some cope with this well, others may need extra support. This can be seen as an ideal opportunity for pupils to develop this important life skill.
